  Even after 25 years, it is beautiful. A testament to old champagne.

  Tasted at Biodynmic growers tasting NYC. All Chardonnay but not any of the negative aspects I usually find in Chardonnay based wines. Bubbles just explode on the palate. Very minerally. Finish keeps building. This is a wonderful Champagne.
