Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: 3 Guys, educational wines (@home): Glass: Zalto Universal Popped and poured, drunk over two days. Tasted blind. Cuvee from Riesling, Pinot blanc, Grüner Veltliner and Neuburger. Clean, youthful medium golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful developing nose. Stone fruit, spices, some weird wiped floor notes. On the palate dry, medium acidity. 12,5% abv. Ripe stone fruit, spices, good structure, balanced. Medium, quite complex finish. Also with some strange, not really assignable flavors that I don't favor much. Very interesting, but not my wine. 86-88
