  • Correct colour, green-tinged bright yellow; the initially reticent nose opens up with aeration and offers a nice expression that is not without nuance (ripe fruit, flint, hint of cream, wood spice); the palate has medium weight and good fruit and is rounded off by the bâtonnage during the 11 months in barrel; there are some bitters from the wood but acidity is low and this translates into a lack of cut and length.
