decanted for one hour. Dark color. full mouth feel. pleasant and long aftertaste. a little taste of alcohol, but not annoying and does note reduce the dark fruit.

I am a huge fan of Jeff's zins but not normally his blends. So I decided to give this Grenache a chance and it was delicious! It would be right at home in Gigondas. Might buy more.

Had I tasted it blind, I would've guessed it was a top-label Gigondas. Bold, gamey fruit and a touch of leather and garrigue. Impressive. It needed time to open, but is drinkable now. That said, a few years in the cellar will likely unearth even stronger Rhone characteristics.

Opened and decanted for two hours before consuming. Very enjoyable. Dark color and fragrant nose. Very smooth with medium aftertaste.
