Followed two Kistler Chardonnays on a sad day. Perhaps a bit unfair to follow, but we were sipping Chardonnays for a sick friend and that was where we went. Easy sipping Chardonnay from one of our favourite wineries. Green apple, lemon zest aromas. Crispy and fresh on the palate. Good balance. A nice, cost-effective very approachable young sip that our friend from Oz absolutely loved. He joined us in saying three cheers for the Unity story!

We and several others welcomed back our friend after 13 years absence. We were tasked with wine selection for the evening so we followed Jacquesson with this easy sipping Chardonnay from one of our favourite wineries. Green apple, lemon zest aromas. Crispy and fresh on the palate. Good balance. A nice, cost-effective very approachable young to sip than most California Chardonnays. We love the Unity story!

Clean nose, pear, green apple, lemon peel. Palate clean as well but bright, CA style, nice crispness at first but then rounds out on second taste. Butterscotch, apple, citrus juice, vanilla. Nice acidity for the style, definitely a New World wine though. Doesn't really do anything to separate from others in the category.

Our last bottle sipped for first day of "birthday month" celebrations. Just a nice, unpretentious drop. A definite "buy" every year.
