  Cherry with jalapeno, wet earth, violet, chocolate, and vanilla. I would have thought Cab Franc because of the spicy pepper flavors and floral aromas. Good acidity, which keeps it fresh and happy. As it takes in more air, the texture thickens and more plum, licorice, and dark fruit flavors emerge.
  
  Needed an hour of air or so and slightly better on day 2. I loved sipping this one its own. Bravo!
