  • Refreshing and sweet. Not complex. Per back label: Late Harvest Torrontés. Harvest sugar 28 degrees Brix. Residual sugar 110 g/L. Alcohol 8.5% by volume. Low good.

    Total acidity 7.5 g/L
    Harvested second week of May, 2005
    Trellis system: Parral Zuccardi
    Grapes hand picked. Crushing, skin maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures (9 to 17 C). The fermentation stopped by reducing temperature.
