Burgundy Dinner with Friends (My home - Chicago IL): Served alongside the Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey version. This was rich and fleshy with plenty of fresh and dried stone fruit and some honeycomb notes. Very rich and dense, but showing more age than my previous bottle from the same purchase opened one year ago. My last of 4 bottles, and it was time to drink up.

Nez envoutant de cire d'abeille. Attaque citronnée. Belle longueur avec des notes de noisette très persistantes.Beaucoup de gras et d'acidité. Magnifique.

Honeysuckle, orchard fruit, and nut on the nose. Lafon style of batonnage advanced. Rich and round on the palate but lacked acidity.
