  • This is more new world than old but it still has nice minerality and pungent lemon that I often find in 1er and Grand Cru burgundy. I get lots of lemon and oaky toastiness and nutiness. A good gotcha! wine for a blind Chardonnay tasting.

  • Very good New World Chardonnay but extremely overpriced, too buttery and too nutty.
Medium to full body, golden yellow color. Aromatic, white stone fruits, flowers, intense oak and spices aroma. Ripe apples and peaches, mineral and very oily on the palate, nutty on long finish. Rich and creamy, well structured, complex and balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, best match is poultry or fishes. Serve 12º - 16º. Open at least half hour in advance. Already mature, drink now and next couple years perhaps more.

  • A lovely oaked chardonnay from Israel. Typical oaked chard nose indicating barrel fermentation and battonage, with mellon, apple, tropical fruit, buttery scents and creamy oak. Full-bodied, dense and generous yet perfectly balanced by bright acidity. Faultless, solid oaked chard drinking nicely with further aging potential. More new world-like character than burgundy, yet excellent for what it is.

  • This was fresh and crisp, nicely structured, very good underlying concentration. Lemon, hint of passion fruit, wet stone. Great.
