  • Saturday evening at ES BK with Davyd Ramblings gang. Drank in Grassl Cru. Tasted blind.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of indistinct minerals and earth, red cherries, light red florals. Developing.
On the palate, dry, lovely high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium- tannins, medum body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of lovely stony minerals, lovely red cherries, sweet spices, Vosne spice, crunchy earth. Long finish.
Very good quality. Entering into a drinking window. Should get better. Guessed correctly as Vosne 1er.
