  High acidity, good fruit. This is definitly something that you need to start eliminating from the collection. Once the fruit is gone the acidity will be unbearable. Enjoy now!

  It is great when the last bottle is the best. (Or, at least excellent).
  Maybe I am nostalgic for the end of the vintage, but this was terrific.
  Red fruit, cherries, currant and notes of tobacco and herbs. Lovely perfume that went on and on, in the glass.
  Not as tannic as prior bottles, but oh so showy. And great value ($30 paid at the market top; $15-20 on release. $26 on sale)
  This drank younger than our past bottle -- but I would still drink up, in 2010 or 2011.
  
  This is our house Bordeaux. Onto the 2000 vintage ...
