Color wise it looks like golden apple juice. Clearly picking up tertiary notes. Tastes sour and apple juice forward. Slightly funk tasting. Interesting. Not bad. Years past peak

Seemed over the hill. A lot going on with multiple flavors including: vegetables, metallic elements, potatoes, and honey. Not bad, but not quite my style.

I feel like this note describes two very different wines.
In the nose I get under ripe peach close to the stone, dry hay, matchbook and flint but also cantaloupe, yellow delicious apple, sweet pear and mint iced tea. In the mouth it starts with big ripe peach, sweet apple, white pepper, grilled pineapple and fall herbs but also lemon/limeade, basil, and wet gravel. Rich creamy mouth but also lip smacking acid with a good tangy, herby finish
I liked this wine, but it rides the line between complex and confused, to be honest it sometimes drifts to the wrong side.

Nice complexity, thickness, and floral tones.
