  This deep ruby wine (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) flaunts a nose of smoky black cherry, tree bark, tobacco and allspice. Full-bodied and freshly acidic, it offers black fruit and spice flavors that are framed with substantial rustic tannins and well-integrated alcohol (13.2%). Solid in the middle, it concludes with a lengthy, albeit astringent finish. Give this one some time in the cellar. It may merit a higher score in the future. Drink 2018-2025.
