  I enjoyed it. Moi found it quite sweet-fruited, but I see the savoury with high acid and herbal-edged fruit. Y and M enjoy more with food

  in the nose some seductive sweetness and dark fruit. Taste is quite dull, not exciting, brings some dark fruit , smokey, quite strong mouthfeel with power. Not an interesting wine.

  Blue Violet. Complex nose with spices, red berries and some synthetic fruit. In the mouth it is bone dry with pronounced tannins and light fruit. Recommend leaving this a few years.

  A bit restrained nose of ripe red toned fruit and a whiff of oak. Medium to full bodied, quite supple, delivering subtle tart cherries with gritty tannins and a decent dose of little oak. Nice dusty bite on the finish. Some rustic features with decent balance. More of a food wine. Very quaffable.

  A better showing this time. Dark ruby. Dark cherry, damson plum, sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla, some floral scents. Medium-bodied, nice fruit, slightly drying tannins, medium acidity, medium aftertaste. Might improve over the next couple of years.
