Nothing to add to my last note...wasn't planning on drinking this yet, but I grabbed this by accident on my way out...should have read the label instead of just staring at the top of the capsule and putting it in my bag.

Drinking perfectly now glad we opened. Ate w tempura monk and skate cheeks, like fish and chips and this has just enough fruit tones with that mersualt mineralogy to compliment the food. Pear and light peach with mineral finish so typical of the region. If you have this bottle don't hesitate to open it's ready.

Just glorious. Pineapple, smoke, mint, lemon peel, fantastic intensity. On the palate: excellent acidity and density, mint, guava, lemon peel, hi-toned with a soft herbal note. Yum.

On the nose: lemon, lemon oil, hazelnut, sour apple. On the palate, excellent acidity and very hi-toned, wet stone, lemon oil. A touch disjointed between acidity and fruit. Good density, and hi-toned finish. Not sure how this will improve with age, but not nearly as good as the perrieres of the same vintage.
