    I decided to hold on to this longer than suggested. I am glad that I did. This wine opened up with significant black cherry with a very pleasant spice. It had a slight espresso hint following the bold cherry and currant. Glad I waited, yet sad to see it gone. If stored properly you should not be afraid to hold this beyond the suggested time.
