Very very good. Green apples, hint of pear held together by an undertone of oak. Lovely and crisp and a long lasting finish. Great with grilled lobster tails.

13% alcohol, imported by Louis Latour, San Rafael, CA, medium foil, real cork, medium legs, medium yellow; nose of fruit & alcohol; taste has notes of lychee, peaches, bread; medium to long finish, some sourness in the finish but that may not be necessarily a minus, a not-unpleasant tang, blended with tannins & minerals/earth & some fruit like citrus & plantains; serve with lamb

Drank this at Dimitri's, my favorite Greek BYOB, in Philadelphia. It paired really well with the cuisine. Grilled squid, sautéed mussels, shrimp pil pil, potatoes, and sautéed greens. Lemony and light peach on the nose. Palate was medium with notes of white peach, grapefruit, and lime. Nice finish. Great food wine.

Kiwi fruit, lemon, oyster shell and butter notes also coming through. Great balance between fruit and acidity. Very good Chablis at peak.
