Has thr electric green note on thr nose but then with the cream characteristics to it Jacqueline notes it smells.amaziny. the owner notes after 10 years you can feel the soil. Languid and slow on the palate. Long on the palate. .90 year old vines. All of the vineyards have different color soil thr owner notes. So typically it's a month later harvesting from everything else. Every year a little bit botritius. For the the best soave for elegance and fine ness.

Tasted blind. The color is medium gold. The nose is clean, developed, with stone fruit and citrus, baked bread and toasted almond, perhaps reminiscent of a dry Sherry. The secondary aromas dominate the fruit. The palate is dry, but with some sweet fruit, with medium acidity and medium alcohol (13%). There's a nice mineral streak with a slight saltiness on the finish. It is still drinking nicely, but I think that it probably would have showed better a year or more ago. Drink up.

Alas, the last of the 6 bottles was still very fresh and integrated and similar to the 5/24/16 bottle.
