  High quality from the concentrated bouquet with its ripe citrus acidity to the firm and also very elegant midtaste, ending in a complex and long aftertaste. The Riesling shows here a more classic and terroir driven style with lots of minerals and white flowers/fruit. This is at GG level.

  Lovely nose (starting shy), some sweetness/ripeness, still, in my opinion, a bit too young and a bit chunky; nevertheless a lovely wine, but growing, I think.

  Yesterday the wine showed a bit too sweet for a trocken wine, but today the backbone was far more present and matched better with the sweetness. Elegant and pure in the nose, than a hint of sweetness, followed by a firm and vibrant midtaste with a backbone with ripe citrus and a quite long and stylish finish.

  Lots of ripe fruit, almost creating an impression of being off-dry. Yellow stone fruit, wet stones and some floral notes on the nose. On the palate equally open and charming, nice minerality, good balance and freshness, decent length. 89-91

  EUR 17.50, so not the cheapest of wines, but it delivers. Less primary and more 'crafted' than many German Rieslings. A lot less acidity as well.
  
  This Riesling builds on a fruity core with an aristocratic touch, and some nice structure. Good depth and clearly it has class.
  
  Not sure how it will age though given relative lower acids and the fact that it already feels a bit older than 2013 would suggest.
