Dark garnet colored, medium-full bodied, smooth and approachable, complex bright vibrant blackberries and black cherry fruits with notes of mocha chocolate , hints of cassis, spice box and notes of sweet oak with tangy acidity and smooth tannins on the lengthy finish.
This was a layered wine that mimicked a Bordeaux but was clearly new world. Each of the components seemed to have its moment. I could drink this as one of my daily drinkers, if it were a tad bit cheaper.

Drinkable but still could use a bit more time - maybe 2 years.
Vibrant ruby in the glass. Fruit forward on the nose. A bit tannic on the palate at first but opened up quickly.
