I prefer white Burgundy with a little less age as I'm no huge fan of oxidative notes. While this certainly wasn't premoxed, it did seem to be on the back 9. Still, served cool this has lots of overripe peach, apple, and butterscotch with the minty Ramonet notes on the palate.

Pristine, stunning bottle. Lemon zest and cream aromatics, explosive! Persistent, mellow, placid, serious length palate.

Terlato Great Burgundy Producer Dinner (Tangley Oaks - Lake Bluff IL): Small glass, brief note. Fully mature orchard fruit aromas with butterscotch notes. Similar flavors with good density that keeps it upright and attractive. Time to drink up.
