Very elegant, precise nose of dark fruit, flavors of berry underpinned by a surprising degree of minerality. Tannins have softened, there is now a velvety texture. Good, but not likely to get better

Drank in Jan 2022. Additional cellaring won’t make it better, but it was awesome with coffee-crusted tenderloin. Minerality, tannins, dark fruits, red fruits were in perfect harmony. Drank well before the food, too.

Have really loved these. 1 bottle left in my case and have been drinking for over 5 years. Warm, baked fruit nose with some earth buy no funk, just inviting. Palate is rich but not too full, some cedar, spice, red and black fruits. Will probably have my last this year too.

Decanted for two hours but not sure we needed it because the aromas were pretty good straight out of the bottle. Deep, heady cola and red berries on the nose. Both carrying through to the palate with a little bit of blue fruit and spice in the mix too. Drinking nicely and very lively but I’m not sure this will improve.
