Super tight with massive grapefruit pith. big acids. Opened up a bit on day 7, but needs 20 years really. If you have $20 and decades of patience, I think this will really pay off.

Ovum wines (Lou's wine shop): Very pale straw in color. Nose was reticent at first. But then some slight suggestion of flowers/pollen. Fairly fruit forward in style with lots of citrus. A hint of limestone minerality and simpler than some of the other wines in the tasting. A bit short on the finish. 0.5g/L RS.

Bone dry, limey and assertive. Searing acidity. Good for the money but a bit one noted.
