  Aprovechando la Llamada de Trump a Marianico en el Descanso (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): Blackish core with violet edges. On the nose it reminds me a traditional barolo: austere, aromas with dry rose petals, dusty. A Borgogno with twenty years, that's it. In the mouth is where the shireness of the shiraz appears: meaty but velvety texture, in a way that many bottles from the north of the Rhone already wanted. Unquestionably its elegance and great class but it is necessary to finish everything with a greater balance and precision. Still a great bottle. Moderate sediment level considering it is a bottle purchased in Melbourne ten years ago. Aspiring to greatness without any doubt.
  
  Oscuro corazón negro con bordes violáceos. En nariz me recuerda a un barolo tradicional: austero, aromas a pétalos de rosas secas, polvoriento. Un Borgogno con veinte años, vamos. En boca es donde aparece la rotundidad de la shiraz: cárnica pero con textura aterciopelada, de una forma que muchas botellas del norte del Ródano ya quisieran. Incuestionable su elegancia y gran clase pero le falta rematar todo con un mayor equilibrio y precisión. Aún así una gran botella. Moderado nivel de sedimentos para una botella adquirida en Melbourne hace diez años. Aspirando a la grandeza sin duda.

  Powerful wine with rich tannins and body, drinking very nicely.
