  A very surprising wine. Looked in cellar for light red to go with a stir fry. The wine starts with a peppery spiciness and black cherry with a sweet fruit note layered in. The first taste was the black cherry which quickly was overtaken by the spiciness and then pepper. The finish had a light strawberry note and finished with very light tannins and no acidity. Very surprised by the wine.
