Random wines tasted during service (Oinoscent): The wine shows density in the nose, rubbery, earthy, oxidative notes, overripe (but could be due to rather warm serving temp), citrus, glycerin In the palate, the wine shows high acidity, medium body, mineral, overripe pear and green apple, rich texture, lemon, lime, quince, crunchy, honey and honeycomb notes, medium finish.

Served blind in a tasting flight Golden straw in color N: yellow apple; bruised orchard fruit; apricot; honeysuckle; lanolin P: Honey, red apple, dry with RS; tartness Delicious to drink now.
