Held up well, shedding much of its fruity side in the last several years. Deeply earthy nose, medium bodied with light red tart fruit. Silky finish. Very good with food.
After a few hours open, it became a bit imbalanced. Probably time to drink up.

One of those bottles in my cellar where when I find it years after purchasing, I can't even recall what prompted me to buy it in the first place ;^)
Red and black fruit on a somewhat straightforward nose.
Light-bodied and tightly coiled - I don't know much about the wine, so not sure if it is a sub-par vintage or simply too young, but on opening by itself, fairly blah.
P&p; drinking well right away, and better still with 40+ minutes of air in the bottle. Fresh pomegranate-cherry sort of fruit wrapped in sappy, leafy typicity. Good stuff and in a nice place right now. Seems like drink or hold.

P&p. Much more open right out of the bottle than when I tried this about a year and a half ago. Fresh, mossy/leafy, floral scents; fresh red fruit driven palate with plenty of acidity, and some moderate but noticeable tannic grip. Juicy, delicious, highly drinkable. Good stuff, and an excellent value.
Day 2 (stored refrigerated in a half bottle): More expressive and effusively floral/herbaceous with a fresh mint/basil/anise-like note; some nice earthy, woodsy, savory depth; cohesive, balanced, highly tasty/moreish; this is good stuff.

Drank this a long long time ago. Can't remember much except that I liked it. Not exceptional but a good drink.
