Giant Wine Sale & Tasting 11/15/2014 Cellar in Greene, Columbia, SC (Cellar on Greene, Columbia, SC): I guess this is an Aussie GSM even though they put the Syrah first, and use Mataro instead of Mouvedre. None the less, as almost always typical, this blend brings a smoothness and an interesting factor the individual varietals seldom achieve alone. The color is dark red. The big dark fruit is just short of "over the top" and I guess we can call it restrained. There is lots of blueberry and blackberry with just the right amount of acid. Ready to drink, though could use a decant. Not much influence from oak, or for that matter tannins either. Superb balance, if not super concentrated.

Correct, un peu d'amertume, tannique mais pas vraiment distinctif.
