As someone already stated this is pretty solid with a lot of racy lemony acidity and quite fresh - not too complex, phenolic components come in as well, a little sweet fruit from the Scheurebe too. Nice drink.

Interprets sharper than the last bottle, all about the lemon sorbet and racing acidity. Clean and very well made but not the final oompf I experianced the last time.

First bottle from Christian Tschida and I am very impressed. Lemon, lime, pear, yellow apples, a hint of raisin-sweetness and Piggelin. An absolutely stunning balance between the sharp fruit and the sweetness, great nose. Light textured palate with lemon sorbet of highest quality, Ganevat-ish if you like. Coconut, vanilla, young pears and yellow mature apples. Perhaps a bit thin acidity but on the other hand the drinkability is through the roof, lovely mouthfeel. Balanced and of very high quality.
