  Aromas of apple, almond, pineapple and vanilla. Pear and pastry cream flavors on the palate with subtle tropical and citrus notes in the finish. Medium mousse with a fine bead. Excellent. The bright acidity of the vintage has softened, and while there's no rush it seems ready to my palate. I'll enjoy my remaining few over the next 3-4 years, to 2028/2029.

  Well balanced, brioche aromas, still frech citrussy acidity, carrying the chamapagem to a long finish. Pleasure to drink now. Not the strongest fizz anymore, so best to drink soon I think, even though the taste is still quite fresh.

  Porzana (Porzana, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 40 minutes. Apple, apple peel, slightly oxidative, linear, weak bead and mousse.

  Fairly rich wine with ripe fruits over bits of brioche. The acid lift at the front of the wine is the key to me and helps overcome the lack of bubbles leaving a pleasing bottle for sure.
