  So deep and rich in character great nose that gives the impressions of scotch but the subtle sweetness of agave. On the palate banana and caramel really quite a treat

  Notes with more than five years. Extra aged tequila served in short glass of whiskey. Aged in first-use toasted American oak barrels. There is no sweetness or an excessive contribution of wood although the level of complexity is high with memories of wild flowers, minerals and cocoa. Surprisingly on the palate it is very fresh with notes of green pepper and olives. Unexpectedly almost like a white tequila.
  
  Notas con más de cinco años. Tequila extra añejo. Servido en vaso corto de whisky. Envejecido en toneles de roble americano tostado de primer uso. No hay dulzor ni una aportación excesiva de la madera aunque el nivel de complejidad es elevado con recuerdos de flores silvestres, minerales y de cacao. Sorprendentemente al paladar se muestra muy fresco con notas de pimienta verde y de aceitunas. De forma inesperada casi como un tequila blanco.

  Even people who don't like tequila like us , enjoyed this classy, elegant spirit. Smooth but with a punch, round but not light, light cocoa feel on the nose, rich texture and this is to be enjoyed over time and not rushed at all. Beautiful.
