This was the wine the wife broke Dry July with, on 1st of August of course. A stunning example and still holding strong, similar notes to tasting below. The fact I could by some means I will go and buy more and hold for a few more years.

Compare to the previous tasting, 3 years ago, still bright acidity, even more linear; more ripe stonefruits, apricots; less mineral and nutty; still balanced and a little restrained, still smooth texture , but lost some complexity in the core. I think 2012 should have more potential than this. Anyway, it’s tasted still very enjoyable.

Still holding, and drinking beautifully, reductive notes have integrated. Drink or hold next 3-5 years
