13% alcohol, the English label identifies the wine only as 'red wine' --CellarTracker further describes it as a Syrah blend -- and goes on to say, in French, 'aged in oak barrels' and 'estate bottled'; importer is Lionstone International, Joliet, IL; light to medium foil, real cork, fast legs, dark red/brown; weak nose that is somewhat fruit forward; tasting reveals notes of pears, kiwi, apples, full bodied; pair with hamburgers, mac 'n cheese, an 'informal-mood' wine

Light in texture with a slight hint of mineral backgrounds....kinda like a Savignon Blanc or a flinty Chablis...... But with pepper and berries. Interesting.

Smell is fruity and oaky. Taste is subtle on the cherry tones.

Nose a delightful cherry/sweet berry with a hint of spice. Dry mid to end on taste. Delicious.
