Vintage Select Industry Tasting - Firehouse in the Heights: Great grassy nose of chives, citrus, and lemon grass. On the palate, tart with lots of zing, gooseberry, citrus, lemon grass, hints of lychee. On the finish, racy with lots of zing. Great bargain that would be good on a hot summer day.

This is a well-made SB which has elements of the Sancerre and New Zealand styles. Very high acidity, with lemon, mineral, slate, grass. Probably should let it sit for at least six months to let it become better integrated.

A nice Sauvignon Blanc, snappy acidity yet full-bodied. Had the bottle finished before I knew it.
