Tasted blind.
Color and clarity youthful clear deep cherry. 5
Earthy dusty cherry cola and vanilla and a touch of orange zest. 13
Medium palate is big and deep. Fruit driven and so good. Blood orange, herbaceous, pepper and earthy complexity. 17
Nice black tea finish. 8

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Red cherry and berry, starting to show faint signs that it is starting to mature with earth and black truffle. Elegant with good length, good enough weight. Good now.

Opened two hours serving. Candied fruit, red cherry, and spice. Slightly modern on the nose but classic palate which makes me call Hudelot Noellat in blind, knowing the theme is VR. Delicate and linear.
