Better than the merlot but still uninspiring. I know, what do you want for $12? There are plenty of chards in this price range that outdrink this. That said, this is much better than the merlot.

Light pale yellow, near white. Clean and crisp with green apple, faint under ripe pear, and saline water. Nice acidity, uncomplicated, but very drinkable. 13.5% alcohol. Good inexpensive party wine.

Columbia valley chardonnay vintage 2012
Pears and (old) oak. Ok acidity with MLF.
Short finish
Easy drinking but no big wine.

(Old note - tasting date not accurate) A bit too flat; Reasonably fresh; Just lacking definition

Not very interesting. A bit flat on the nose and palate. Not fresh and fruity enough in my opinon, all right.
