had the pleasure to try this wine with Bob and Field. We were very skeptical if the wine would be drinkable as it had been mis- stored in a box with some other great wine marked "hats",( Field collects hats). The temperature was probably @ room for a number of years. The cork showed some deterioration. Wine was a brickish brown, but the nose was great. What a treat when the wine turned out to be not only drinkable, but excellent! No noticible sediment. Field thought the wine was probably drinking as well as it ever had??
