I agree with all my previous tasting notes :). This is delicious stuff. Smooth yet complex with citrus, raisins, brown sugar, and baking spices and fleeting hints of leathery rancio. And it is powerful: The intensity in every tiny sip of this thin amber liquid is unreal. For $120 on KLWines, this is a fantastic deal. (Unfortunately, it is no longer available.)

Those are some spot-on tasting notes below! This is classy stuff. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this cognac is its reminiscence to grand marnier cent cinquantenaire. Are the hints of orange peel just my imagination?

Strong fruitcake aromas. Tastes middle-aged. Round and smooth but lively. Very complex. The most discernible flavors are baking spices, orange peel, and dried fruits. There is also an oat-like note that I associate only with aged Cognac (not Armagnac). This note is a signature of Cognac to me but I haven't seen it identified in tasting notes. I figure it is a flavor of ugni blanc.
