  Humagne Rouge tends to grow on you. This is a wine of elegance, and it nicely balances red fruit, energy, and certain vegetal flavors. Light and easy to drink, it has ample freshness, minerality and acidity to pair against steak and frites. It reminds me of the overall texture and weight of a nice Beaujolais, but it retains a more stern and serious flavor profile. Very enjoyable.
