Purple with ruby at the edge of the glass. A full mouthful of dark berries with coffee and spice notes on a very smooth finish. A perfect match to Peruvian lomo saltado.

Had the 2015 mortero but neither that line nor the vintage is listed. Pairs perfectly with steak, super tasty and tart with dark berries and a long finish.

Megamoon Part VI: Salta (Argentina); 11/5/2015-11/9/2015 (Cafayate, Molinos, Cachi, and Salta): Aged for 1.5 years in French oak, the vineyards are ~6k feet above sea level. Softer wine than the Finca Domingo, the fruit lasts a bit longer here, but still a very quick finish at the end.
