Consistent with my previous note, but amped by about 1.5 which puts this a nice place. Finished has tightened up and brings the acids the front doesn't. The Ricola notes are better integrated and the overall wine is quite nice. I might be reaching, but I am thinking that where this Xynisteri comes from is making this wine more Ayios Andronicos than varietal Xynisteri. Time reveals a more subtle and somewhat chimeric wine. That is a really good thing.
My previous note from 12/2104: (Gassy from bottling) Not much nose. Slightly bitter notes with some grass and herbals. Soft but long finish with good mountain herbal notes (the good side of Ricola) and a little bite.
This is one of the most intriguing whites in Cyprus.

Muted nose. Generic white wine. Dull flavor and no depth. Has not held well.

The Wines of Cyprus; 12/17/2014-1/7/2015 (Nicosia, Cyprus): (This was clearly bottled quite recently under gas and has readily apparent bubbles and textures. Will update notes after a bit of air as well)
