  Love this rustic earthy Cab Franc. Very typical of the region, deep red, tannic, earthy, rather fruity bouquet. To me, it has a great earthy finish which pairs well with rustic homestyle French cookery. We ate a French lentil and farro dish with sautéed kale and a poached egg on top - delicious pairing. Wish I had more of the food and the wine.
