Almost apple juice in color, with a faintly musky nose, it's somewhat thin on the palate although it does leave some of the butteryness on the tongue. Has some bright citrus notes as well, with a good amount of sugar to it. Tasty but light.

Beefsteak & Burgundy - Crustaceans (Darwin, NT, Australia): Clear and bright, pale yellow in colour with a hint of green. Fragrant citrus primary aromas with some floral edges. There is a slight kerosine boucquet coming through. It is still a little simple in its complexity but likely to increase in complexity with some time in the bottle. It has a medium length and good finish.

Wine Education Service - Chase the Grape - Riesling (South Hampstead High School): vegetal, meaty but otherwise restrained before eventually giving some citrus notes.
Bone dry, fruity, disappointing.
