Sous bois, old blackberry, spices, cumin, oak; full, intense, some heat, some fruit, gradual and long finish; not overly elegant or complex but very good

taste: soft and easy on the palate with medium acidity and nice tones of cherries, red fruits, bits of florals, and some green tones on the back end
overall: doesn't seem like aging would help this all too much. It may round out the wine or give it a bit more depth, but the green is there in it and the acidity is coming off as in check right now

Knightsbridge's Burgundy Tasting (Knightsbridge, Northbrook IL): nose: nice fragrant nose with soft tones of cherries and florals along with hints of green stemmy tones lurking unerneath. Doesn't have a lot of depth on it right now
