  Nose reasonably open. Attractive mid palate with a fresh acidity overlay. A little oak still.

  According to retailer this was part of a library release. Drank much better than expected. Decanted for 3 hours and the fruit came out well. Very pretty complex fruit with good depth and balance. No real austerity. Imagine this being very good in a few years but wouldn't hesitate opening another now.

  One year on from prior bottle and enjoyed this one much more. Gave it plenty of chance to open up with a 4 hour decant. Mostly cherry notes and fruit with well balanced tannins. Will wait another year for the next one, should continue to improve.

  Found this to be quite thin and lacking character for its price and the supposed reputation. To be fair it is still young and maybe some of the velvety characteristics for this part of the Cote de Nuits will still develop.

  Tasting at the Domaine. Nose and flavors of black and red cherry. Drinking fine right now, but still young. 92-94+
