  • Opened by a friend out of curiosity after the local sommelier said it can be enjoyed now. While the wine is far from its peak, it was already a pleasure to drink. Light, shiny garnet, pointing towards gentle extraction and great freshness. The restraint nose shows already wonderful aromas of red fruit, lots of spices and some whole clusters, really sophisticated. Enters the palate vibrant, lots of energy, freshness and a lovely finish with stalky notes. The great terroir of Musigny clearly comes through. A pity that Musigny GC has become so expensive. Wait till 2025. 96-97
