  • Just a bit of cork taint showing as wet newspaper on the nose but not noticeable on the palate. We still drank the bottle as it wasn't prolific. This could sneak by as a french Chardonnay as it carries the acid and fruit beautifully.

  • Love this chardonnay. I was all excited to write a tasting note and then I looked at my previous one and it says it all. Quickly becoming on of the wardens favorites and the Falcone's are great people.

  • Brilliant yellow color, good clarity, and a hint of green depending on the angle of the light. Nose is classic chardonnay. Flavor profile is really divided into three distinct phases. The attack is ripe red apple followed by the bite from the acid and then ending with pear and green apple skin through the finish. Very clean feeling. Medium weight. I assumed this wine didn't see a lot of new oak and confirmed on the back label as it states 20% new oak. Well made and very enjoyable.
