  Nose: initially lychee, turned into strong honeydew melon, pine, walnut, ash, faint herbs. Taste: melon start, softened in the glassvery silky tannin, strawberry, sherbet finish. Even later later, started to get candied orange peel. Lacks a little body, but this is seriously good on the aromatics and texture. Evolved fast at the start, grab an early glass and drink slowly over a few hours. Great stuff
