Popped and poured from the fridge. Medium to dark golden color - showing age in that respect. Oaky nose initially. This is a rich, sumptuous, delicious food friendly Chardonnay. High alcohol at 14.1. Not over the hill by any means at 10 years. Recommended. Drink now, or hold for another year or two or more. A bargain at purchase. 91-93 pts conservatively.

P/chilled. Bright, med straw color. Oak/Oil nose. The drank big with pronounced oak and intense fruit. The is big boy Chard, very aged in taste, super smooth and integrated. Good drinking window, no rough edges. Not for everyone or the meek. Of of my favorite vineyards for both Chard and Pinot. Nothing off. $42, from winery direct.

Yellow color with a bouquet and flavor dominated by vanilla oak with some dried pineapple as well. Limited nuance with good balance, no off notes, and a moderate finish. It didn't sing to me, but it did play a little tune.

P/by mistake. Clear, med straw color. Youthful nose and taste. Intense flavor/rough edges at this early stage but with time, should/will drink beautifully. Well made, excellent fruit source. Hold until 2018. Nothing off. $52
