Bah, when will I just accept it. I just don't like Grenache-based rosés... trying to find an exception, and while this is clearly a well-made rosé, it's not for me. There's some stalky, geranium aroma on the nose and palate attack of these rosés that I just can't hang with.

Maritime air on the nose with fresh red fruits and fruit leather on the palate with crisp acids on the finish. Love this wine every time I'm able to find it.

Great summer sipper. Melons, rhubarb, citrus and mineral. Perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.

Tasting in Châteauneuf-du-Pape; 2/5/2015-2/7/2015 (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhône, France): Spiced watermelon. Fleshy body, with bitter melon, crushed rocks, and minerals. Very fresh, with crisp acidity.

A mid-winter visit to Châteauneuf-du-Pape; 2/5/2015-2/7/2015 (Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhône, France): Wow, this can be guzzled already! So mineral and fresh with really juicy watermelon on the initial approach. Salty on the finish. Pressed versus saignee.
